Made for the most demanding restaurant kitchens, the rails on this 26-tier Aluminum sheet pan rack are designed with extended ledges to accommodate round or square pizza pans.
- 4-1/8" wide ledges hold 17" and 19" diameter round pizza pans, or 16" and 17" square Sicilian pizza pans
- 2" spacing between each tier with overall capacity of 800lbs
- 5" diameter full-swivel casters, two with brake
- Fully assembled: 23"L x 21"W x 62-7/8"H
