The T&S Brass B-3960 Lever Waste Valve is a heavy-duty industrial workhorse for professional sinks requiring a 3" opening. Featuring a 3" sink opening and a 1-1/2" NPT adapter, it provides efficient drainage for standard commercial sink basins. The lever-action remote control allows operators to drain the sink without reaching into hot or contaminated water, promoting superior workplace hygiene and safety. Constructed from durable cast bronze and stainless steel, it is designed for extreme longevity in high-volume foodservice environments.
Technician’s Note: The B-3960 is the industry standard for 3" commercial sink drainage. Periodically inspect the internal plunger seat for food particles that can prevent a complete watertight seal. If the lever becomes difficult to turn, the internal linkage may need cleaning or minor lubrication. Polished stainless steel strainer finish is highly resistant to grease and frequent cleaning with industrial disinfectants. Always use fresh gaskets.
