Featuring a 3-1/2" sink opening and a 1-1/2" NPT adapter, it provides efficient drainage for standard commercial sink basins. Maintenance Pro-Tip: The B-3970 is the industry standard for commercial sink drainage. Periodically inspect the internal plunger seat for food particles that can prevent a complete watertight seal. If the lever becomes difficult to turn, the internal linkage may need cleaning or minor lubrication with food-grade grease. Polished stainless steel strainer finish is highly resistant to grease and frequent cleaning. Always use fresh basin gaskets.
