The T&S Brass B-0231-U12 ULTRARINSE Mixing Faucet provides an elite combination of high-cycle durability and rapid rinsing utility for professional scullery basins. Built on standard 8" wall-mount centers, this unit features specialized Quarter-Turn Eterna Cartridges with check valves and an integrated 10" ULTRARINSE sprayer arm. This configuration allows staff to toggle between standard 12" swing nozzle filling and high-efficiency 1.5 GPM wide-pattern rinsing. Constructed from premium materials for extreme industrial longevity in high-throughput institutional kitchens.

Technician’s Note: The ULTRARINSE sprayer arm significantly reduces the time required for pre-scrapping and rinsing tasks. Quarter-turn Eterna cartridges provide reliable shut-off and prevents hazardous cross-flow between building supply lines. Periodically check the sprayer arm pivot and ensure the nozzle screen is cleared of pipe grit. During installation, ensures the unit is anchored firmly to structural wall members to manage the dynamic load of frequent dual-outlet activation. Polished chrome finish is exceptionally durable.
