The 6-gallon size allows you to ferment and serve full 5-gallon batches with extra headspace for dry hops or fruit additions. Constructed from high-quality 304 stainless steel with machine-welded seams, it features the specialized Low2™ lid O-ring. This O-ring provides superior oxygen barrier properties compared to standard rubber, keeping your IPAs and lagers fresher for significantly longer.
Draft Tech Tip: The Torpedo keg is designed to be slim and stackable, making it ideal for crowded kegerators. Before filling, always purge the keg with CO2 to remove all oxygen. Apply a tiny amount of food-grade silicone grease (Petrol-Gel) to the Low2™ O-ring to ensure a perfect 100% airtight seal even under low serving pressures.
