Brewery Usage Tip: Oxygenate your wort for 60-90 seconds before pitching yeast. Never touch the stone with your bare hands; the oils from your skin can clog the 0.5 micron pores. To sanitize, boil the stone for 5-10 minutes before use. After oxygenation, rinse the wand thoroughly and blow a small amount of gas through the stone while submerged in sanitizer to ensures no wort residue remains inside the pores.
