The Flojet T5000-140 is a high-performance, gas-driven diaphragm pump designed for the consistent delivery of Bag-in-Box (BIB) syrups, juices, and teas. This heavy-duty CO2/Air driven pump features a 1/4" stainless steel outlet for maximum durability and sanitation, making it the primary replacement choice for high-volume commercial soda fountains. Engineered to handle high-viscosity concentrates, the T5000-140 automatically shuts off when the bag is empty and restarts when a full bag is connected, ensuring a seamless beverage service.

- Outlet Port: 1/4" (6.3mm) 304 Stainless Steel Barb
- Inlet/Gas Ports: 1/4" (6.3mm) Plastic Barbs
- Power Source: CO2, Nitrogen, or Clean Compressed Air
- Operating Pressure: 20 PSI (1.4 bar) min / 80 PSI (5.5 bar) max
- Features: Automatic "sold-out" vacuum shut-off and high-suction lift capabilities
Technician's Note: When replacing an older plastic-outlet pump with this stainless steel version, ensure your Oetiker clamps are sized correctly for the slightly different OD of the SS barb. If the pump "runs" but does not prime, check the vacuum shut-off on the syrup inlet side; often, a pinched BIB connector or a worn-out bag-side gasket will prevent the pump from sensing the vacuum required to initiate the stroke cycle.
