The 1/4" Swivel Nut and Stem Set is the standard hardware for connecting 3/16" or 1/4" ID beverage and gas lines to Male Flare (MFL) fittings. This kit includes the high-purity brass swivel nut and the 1/4" hose barb stem. Constructed from heavy-duty solid brass, it provides a reliable, high-pressure connection for ball lock disconnects, regulators, and manifolds. The swivel design allows you to tighten the nut without twisting your tubing, preventing mechanical stress and potential leaks.

Technician's Note: All flare-to-flare connections require a nylon flare washer (sold separately) to creates a 100% gas-tight seal. Hand-tighten the nut until snug, then use a wrench for a final 1/4 turn. For the hose barb side, always use a dedicated tube cutter for a square cut and secure the line with an Oetiker stepless clamp for permanent reliability.
