Superfood provides essential nitrogen and micronutrients that are often missing in high-adjunct worts or refined sugar washes, preventing stuck fermentations and reducing the production of sulfur off-flavors. It is specifically formulated to support yeast through high-gravity stress.
Commercial Usage Tip: The standard dosage is 1/2 to 1 gram per gallon of wort. For high-gravity ferments (over 1.080 OG) or nutrient-poor meads, follow a staggered nutrient addition (SNA) schedule to maintain yeast health through the entire cycle. Store the pail in a cool, dry place and ensures the lid is tightly sealed to prevent moisture from causing the powder to clump.
