Draft Tech Tip: For the best pour, use a Nitrogen/Beer Gas blend at 30-35 PSI. The restrictor plate is the most sensitive part; if your pour lacks creaminess, the plate is likely clogged with protein. To maintain the gold finish, avoid abrasive cleaners on the exterior; clean the internals daily with BLC and a specialized faucet brush to ensures optimal performance and hygiene.
