Unlike standard beer taps, this faucet features an internal restrictor plate that forces the nitrogen-infused beverage through tiny holes, creating the iconic "surge and settle" and a thick, creamy head. Constructed from 316-grade stainless steel, it offers the highest level of corrosion resistance, even for high-acid cold brew coffee.
Nitro Pouring Tip: To achieve the perfect pour, set your Nitrogen/Beer Gas regulator to 30-35 PSI. Pull the handle fully forward and let the glass fill to 3/4, then allow it to settle for 60 seconds before topping it off. Periodically remove and clean the restrictor plate to prevent coffee oils or beer proteins from clogging the tiny apertures.
