The T&S Brass S012447-30NS is a complete replacement cartridge assembly for the cold (Left-To-Close) side of commercial faucets. Featuring a Cerama ceramic disc, this cartridge provides a maintenance-free, quarter-turn operation that outlasts traditional compression washers. This assembly comes ready for installation with a stainless steel lever handle, mounting screw, and blue cold-water index button. It is designed to restore factory-smooth performance to T&S Brass stainless steel faucet bodies.
Technician’s Repair Tip: Before installing the new Cerama cartridge, ensure the internal faucet body seat is clean and free of grit. A small amount of food-grade silicone grease on the external O-rings will ensure a water-tight seal and allow the cartridge to be easily removed for service in the future.
