This industrial kit features the high-performance EB-0107-J Spray Valve with an efficient 1.07 GPM low-flow tip, paired with a heavy-duty B-0040-H2A flexible stainless steel hose. The inclusion of a 018200-40 Swivel fitting ensures 360-degree rotation, preventing hose fatigue and kinking during intensive use. This total solution is built to withstand the rigors of high-volume commercial kitchens while improving operator ergonomics.
Technician’s Note: This kit is the perfect "rebuild" package for older pre-rinse units. When installing the stainless steel flex hose, ensure the included gaskets are properly seated at both ends to prevent leaks. The swivel should be mounted between the hose and the spray valve to provide the maximum ergonomic benefit for the dishroom staff.
