Spaceman's patented freezing technology delivers rapid freeze-down and recovery while reducing energy use per serving. Pre-cooling in each 16-quart hopper chills product before it enters the freezing cylinder, improving freeze times and keeping product food-safe overnight, including dairy-based mixes. A low evaporator temperature lets the 6695-CL freeze alcoholic beverages with ease.

Dual controls let operators serve two different products at once, and separate hopper cooling controls regulate each hopper independently to prevent sidewall freezing and pre-chill mix for maximum output. An RGB display shows a low-level indicator, low-mix freeze protection switches to standby when mix runs out, and backlit virtual merchandising supports branding.
