The T&S Brass B-0712-VF05-4DP Mixing Faucet is engineered for high-security public washrooms requiring absolute hardware integrity and extreme water conservation. This unit features high-performance Self-Closing Metering activation and is equipped with a specialized Vandal-Resistant (VR) deck plate. It features an ultra-low 0.5 GPM Vandal-Resistant (VR) outlet, preventing unauthorized removal of components or accidental flooding in high-abuse zones like stadiums and transit facility maintenance areas. Constructed from heavy-duty polished chrome brass.
Maintenance Pro-Tip: The VR security kit requires a specialized key for maintenance, protecting your hardware from tampering. At 0.5 GPM, the internal flow control screen is highly sensitive to line grit—ensure building supply lines are thoroughly flushed during installation. Periodically check the internal cartridge filters to maintains consistent shut-off timing. During installation, ensures the VR deck plate is centered accurately and anchored to structural counter backing. Polished chrome finish is exceptionally durable.
