The T&S Brass B-2271 Service Sink Faucet is a heavy-duty industrial workhorse designed for maintenance closets and scullery stations. Built on standard 8" wall-mount centers, this unit features a rugged Rough Chrome finish and a specialized Quick-Disconnect (QD) outlet, allowing for the direct connection of washdown hoses or floor-cleaning equipment. It includes an integrated Vacuum Breaker for absolute backflow safety. Equipped with robust 4-Arm handles and reliable Eterna cartridges, it is built for extreme longevity in high-abuse environments.
Technician’s Note: The rough chrome finish resists scratching and wear better than polished finishes in high-abuse zones. The quick-disconnect feature significantly improves operational speed for maintenance staff. Periodically check the vacuum breaker atmospheric vent for weeping. During setup, ensures the wall shanks are anchored firmly to the supply piping to handle the torque of connected pressurized hoses. Polished brass core ensures high-cycle reliability. Always flush supply lines.
