The Sanke Coupler Probe Washer is a critical maintenance component for maintaining a 100% liquid-tight draught system. This specialized seal sits within the coupler body at the base of the probe, creating the primary seal that prevents beer from leaking into the gas side of the coupler. Constructed from high-durability, food-safe elastomer, it is designed to withstand the constant pressure and mechanical friction of tapping and untapping kegs in high-volume commercial environments. Essential for preventing foam-at-the-coupler issues.

Technician's Maintenance Tip: These washers can dry out or develop small nicks from debris over time. Always keep 5-10 of these in your service kit. When replacing, ensures the probe and internal coupler body are clean of "beer stone." Apply a tiny amount of food-grade silicone grease (Petrol-Gel) to the new washer to ensure a perfect seat and prevents the rubber from bunching or tearing during assembly.
