Technician's Note: The 'S' system is often confused with the American 'D' system; ensure your keg requires the longer, thinner 'S' probe before installation. To prevent gas leaks, ensure the check valve (duckbill) is correctly seated in the gas inlet. Periodically clean the internal probe and seals to remove protein buildup and ensure a foam-free pour.
