Distillery Tip: DADY is most effective at temperatures between 75°F and 90°F. For the best results, rehydrate the yeast in 10x its weight of sterile water at 95°F before pitching. In high-gravity mashes, ensure you provide adequate Nitrogen-based nutrients (like DAP) to support the yeast through the increased alcohol stress.
