The T&S Brass B-2277-01 Pre-Rinse Unit is a high-performance multi-function sanitation tool designed for high-traffic commercial sculleries. Built on standard 8" deck mount centers, this unit features an integrated Add-On Faucet with a 12" swing nozzle and a heavy-duty pre-rinse riser for equipment cleaning. It includes the B-0970-FEZ Vacuum Breaker to ensure absolute backflow safety. Constructed from heavy-duty polished chrome-plated brass with reliable Eterna cartridges, it provides a robust and code-compliant water distribution solution.
Maintenance Tip: The 12" add-on spout provides the reach needed for filling large stock pots. Periodically lubricate the spout swivel O-rings with food-grade silicone grease to maintain smooth movement. The vacuum breaker prevents hazardous back-siphoning—ensure the atmospheric vent is clear. Polished chrome finish is exceptionally durable and resistant to grease and high heat. Always use fresh gaskets during installation to ensure a leak-proof counter seal.
