The T&S Brass B-0133-18DACRBJ Pre-Rinse Unit provides an elite combination of extensive reach and hardware security for public-facing clinical workstations. This unit features high-durability Ceramas Ceramic Cartridges and a heavy-duty 18" Double-Jointed nozzle equipped with a 2.2 GPM Vandal-Resistant (VR) aerator. It includes a specialized 6" wall bracket for manifold reinforcement and the high-impact B-0107-J spray valve. Constructed from premium materials for extreme industrial longevity in hospitals and school kitchens.
Maintenance Tip: The VR aerator requires a specialized tool for removal, protecting your hardware investment in high-abuse zones. The 18" articulating arm provide superior horizontal clearance for oversized sinks. Ceramas cartridges provide a lifetime of leak-free performance. Periodically check the spout swivel joints and ensure they are lubricated with food-grade grease. During installation, ensures the mounting shanks and wall bracket are anchored firmly into structural framing. Always flush lines.
