The T&S Brass BF-0140 Big-Flo Pre-Rinse is a heavy-duty sanitation power station engineered for industrial dishrooms. Built on an 8" Wall-Mount Big-Flo Base, it delivers massive water throughput for the most intensive rinsing tasks. The unit includes a 12" Add-On Faucet for standard basin use and an extra-long 68" Stainless Steel Flex Hose with an integrated vacuum breaker for superior reach and safety. It is equipped with the EB-0107-C35 Angled Spray Valve, providing a high-impact 0.65 GPM stream that balances aggressive rinsing with extreme water conservation.
Technician’s Note: The Big-Flo series uses larger internal waterways to maximize volume—standard 1/2" pre-rinse units cannot match its performance for filling kettles. During installation, anchor the wall bracket securely to handle the torque of the 68" hose. The angled spray valve improves ergonomics for dishroom staff by reducing wrist strain during heavy shifts.
