These simple sight glass kits have been designed so they can be easily dismantled and cleaned. The sight glass itself is not made from glass, it is made from robust polycarbonate.
The two piece set includes: - Stainless ½ inch BSP threaded post with orings - 60cm long polycarbonate tube (13mm ID x 15mm OD) that you can cut down to size to suit the vessel that you are using.
Due to the simple design the tube can easily just be pulled off the post to which makes for very easy cleaning.
If you want to permanently connect the sight glass to the post you can use a stepless clamp (14-16mm) to fix the polycarbonate tube to the post.

Made from polycarbonate, these simple sight gauges are easy to install and clean. It comes with a 1/2 in BSP threaded post featuring a barb with o-rings and a 23.5 in polycarbonate tube that can be cut down to size.
Note: The tube may require a hose clamp to keep it fixed to the barb.
