Non-caustic and safe for the environment.

Sanitation Tip: Mix 1-2 oz of PBW per gallon of warm water (100-140°F). For heavily soiled kettles or fermenters, allow a soak time of 30-60 minutes. The high-oxygen formula helps to lift soils from hard-to-reach areas. Always perform a thorough final rinse with potable water. Safe for use on all metals including soft alloys when used at the recommended concentrations.
