The Wunder-Bar O-Ring Hat is a specialized internal sealing component for commercial soda bar guns. This unique "hat" style O-ring (PH10-26) ensures a high-pressure, liquid-tight seal within the valve assembly, preventing syrup leaks and ensuring consistent beverage delivery. Constructed from high-durability, food-safe elastomer, it is designed to withstand the constant pressure and high-frequency activation of a professional bar. Essential for any technician performing a full gun rebuild on standard Wunder-Bar post-mix systems.

Technician's Repair Tip: If your soda gun is leaking from a specific button port or failing to shut off completely, the O-ring hat may be torn or fouled with syrup residue. When replacing, ensures the internal valve stem is perfectly clean. Lubricate the O-ring with a tiny amount of food-grade silicone grease (Haynes Lubri-Film) to ensures it seats perfectly and does not bunch during reassembly.
