Engineered for high accuracy and rapid thermal response, this probe allows your controller to maintain strict temperature limits in commercial refrigerators, glycol chillers, and fermentation chambers. Featuring a moisture-sealed sensor tip and flexible lead wire, it is designed to withstand the humid conditions of professional beverage and cold storage environments.
Technician's Note: When replacing the sensor, ensures the connection terminals on the back of the EWPlus unit are clean and free of corrosion. For the most accurate fermentation control, place the sensor tip inside a thermowell or tape it securely to the side of the vessel with a layer of insulation to measure liquid temperature rather than air.
