Here at the shop, many of us plan on using these nitrogen cartridges to push wine out of 5 gallon soda kegs, since the nitrogen does not go into solution. You could also use them in beer situations where you want to push out but not carbonate. Please be aware that the nitrogen will only fill 20% of the space that a 12g CO2 cartridge will because Nitrogen exerts a lower partial pressure than CO2.

Considering free shipping is at 49 i wasnt about to buy 25 of these but 6.99 was a deal in a pinch. Hooked up well and ran them dry. Next time will stock up more.
