Pour five post-mix beverages and add three flavor shots from a touchscreen tower that takes up 8 inches of counter width.

The Wunder-Bar Mustang is a compact beverage tower that is plumbed like a standard bar gun, so it suits counters with little room to spare. This version bolts to the countertop, has the front touchscreen only (no rear screen) and includes a drain. It can run in Self-Serve or Crew-Serve mode.

Features

  • Set up for 5 post-mix base beverages and 3 flavor concentrate additives (flavor shots). Wunder-Bar states the tower can dispense any combination of flavor shots, carbonated and non-carbonated beverages, up to 8 in total.
  • Two further ports are included for carbonated water and still water.
  • Front touchscreen with Self-Serve and Crew-Serve modes. In Crew-Serve mode staff pick a size and the tower pours the portion, with a top-off function.
  • Standard flow rate of 2 oz per second.
  • USB port for software updates, new logos, brand updates and flavor changes.
  • Counter-top mount: five 1/4 in-20 studs fasten the tower through holes marked with the included drilling template.
  • Optional recirculation capability.
  • ADA compliant, according to the manufacturer.

Compatibility

The Mustang is a dispensing tower, so it needs a beverage system behind it. Wunder-Bar lists these components for a complete Mustang system: a BIB rack, carbonator, CO2 regulator/pump, filtered water source, in-line flow regulator and a drop-in ice chest with cold plate. The water supply must deliver 25 to 95 PSI dynamic pressure, with 100 PSI maximum static pressure, and needs backflow prevention to local code. Use only the power supply shipped with the unit.
