Technician's Note: To ensure the perfect soda-to-syrup ratio, use a brix cup and calibrate the internal flow controls slowly. Clean the nozzle and lever area daily with warm water to prevent syrup crystallization, which can cause the lever to stick. Check the internal seals for wear every 6 months to maintain a drip-free operation.
