Technician's Note: When replacing the inlet, inspect the internal tank threads for any mineral buildup or cross-threading. Use a small amount of food-grade silicone lubricant on the O-ring to ensure a liquid-tight seal. Do not over-torque the securing nut, as this can crack the tank manifold or deform the inlet seat.
