Hop Master Tip: Mosaic's complex oils are best preserved through whirlpool additions and dry-hopping. It pairs exceptionally well with Citra or Simcoe to create a "fruit-forward" bouquet. Always store bulk hops in the freezer once opened to prevent oxidation of the delicate lupulin oils and preserve the signature blueberry/tropical notes.
