Capping Pro-Tip: Bolt the capper to a workbench or a heavy piece of plywood for maximum stability. To ensure the longest life of the capping bell, apply a tiny smear of food-grade lubricant to the inside of the bell periodically. This helps the bell release the capped bottle smoothly and prevents sticking.
