The MiniChilly creates a large ice bank for superior cooling capacity, ensuring your beer remains at the exact target temperature even in high-ambient environments.
Brewery Setup Tip: For optimal cooling efficiency, use a 30% food-grade Propylene Glycol to 70% distilled water mixture. Ensure the chiller has at least 12 inches of clearance around the ventilation slats for airflow. The MiniChilly is ideal for use with jacketed conical fermenters or immersion coils. Periodically check the glycol level to prevent the pump from running dry.
