The T&S Brass B-2820 Metering Faucet is the foundational industrial standard for water conservation in professional washrooms. Built on 8" deck mount centers, this unit features Push-Button Self-Closing Cartridges that automatically shut off water flow to prevent waste and accidental flooding. It is equipped with a high-clearance rigid gooseneck spout and a 2.2 GPM aerator, providing a reliable water source for stadium, transit, and school restrooms. Constructed from heavy-duty polished chrome-plated brass for high-cycle industrial longevity.
Technician’s Note: Rigid goosenecks are preferred in public areas to prevent splashing outside the basin. The metering cycle is field-adjustable; regularly check the timing to ensure facility compliance. Polished chrome finish is exceptionally durable and easy to sanitize with standard institutional cleaners. The 8" centerset configuration provides a very stable and robust mounting footprint. Always flush lines before final spout assembly.
