The T&S Brass B-0831-02-PA Mixing Faucet provides an elite combination of ergonomic activation and extreme water conservation for professional washrooms. Built on standard 4" centerset centers, this unit features an indestructible swivel cast spout and specialized Pivot-Action (PA) Metering handles. It is equipped with an ultra-low 0.5 GPM outlet device, helping facilities achieve maximum LEED sustainability points while ensuring reliable automatic shut-off to prevents waste. Constructed from premium polished chrome brass for high-cycle industrial service.
Maintenance Tip: Pivot-action handles are the preferred choice for high-traffic zones as they are easier for all users to activate than standard push-buttons. At 0.5 GPM, the internal flow screen is sensitive to line grit—ensure building supply lines are thoroughly flushed during installation. Periodically check the internal cartridge filters to maintains consistent timing. Cast spouts provide maximum resistance to impact. Polished chrome finish is exceptionally resistant to frequent industrial cleaning.
