The T&S Brass B-0831-PA Metering Faucet provides an ergonomic and efficient water control solution for professional washrooms focusing on water conservation. Pivot-action activation is designed for ease of use while ensuring reliable automatic shut-off to prevents waste. Constructed from heavy-duty polished chrome-plated brass for extreme longevity in high-volume public restrooms and stadiums.

Maintenance Tip: Pivot-action handles are preferred in high-traffic public zones for their robust mechanical feel compared to standard push-buttons. Periodically check the internal filter screens in the cartridges to ensures consistent timing. The cast spout provides maximum resistance to impact in high-abuse zones.
