Bottling Pro-Tip: To ensures a perfect, oxygen-free seal, apply firm and even pressure until the levers bottom out. Always inspect the "crimp" on the first few bottles to ensures the cap is centered. This capper is designed for standard US pry-off bottles; do not use with twist-off glass. Sanitize the caps in a no-rinse solution for 60 seconds before application for the best shelf stability.
