Industrial Technician's Note: This unit requires a standard 115V circuit, a 1/2" potable water line, and a 1" indirect drain. To maintain maximum daily output, ensure the machine has 12 inches of clearance for airflow. The IYT series features an integrated cleaning system; use Manitowoc-approved cleaner and descaler every 6 months to ensure food safety and protect your warranty.
