This 1-foot jumper line is engineered for the serial cleaning of draft beer systems. It allows for the direct connection of two beer shanks/faucets, enabling cleaning solutions or rinse water to circulate through multiple lines in a single loop.

Constructed from food-grade, high-flexibility tubing, the assembly features standard industry hex nut fittings compatible with most commercial beer shanks and faucet assemblies. This jumper is a dedicated maintenance tool designed to reduce flush time and ensure consistent hygiene across multi-tap systems.

SOP: Using the Faucet-to-Faucet Jumper Line

Follow these steps to perform a serial line flush or recirculating clean on a multi-tap draft system:

  1. System Preparation: Shut off the CO2/gas supply and untap the kegs from the couplers in the cold room.
  2. Faucet Removal: Use a faucet wrench to remove the faucets from the shanks of the two lines you intend to clean.
  3. Install Jumper: Thread one end of the 1-foot jumper line onto the first beer shank and the other end onto the adjacent beer shank. Hand-tighten the hex nuts to ensure a leak-proof seal.
  4. Loop the System: In the cold room, connect the two corresponding beer lines using a "cleaning bridge" or jumper at the coupler level.
  5. Initiate Cleaning: Connect your cleaning pump to the first line in the series. The cleaning solution will now flow through the first line, across the faucet jumper, and back through the second line.
  6. Rinse: After the cleaning cycle, flush the system with fresh water until no chemical residue remains.
  7. Reassemble: Remove the jumper, sanitize the faucets, and reconnect them to the shanks.
