The T&S Brass B-2488 Lavatory Faucet is a comprehensive water distribution solution for high-traffic commercial washrooms. Built on 8" concealed widespread centers, it features a heavy-duty cast spout and robust Industrial 4-Arm handles for superior grip. This "Total Solution" includes Flexible Stainless Steel Supply Lines and an integrated Pop-Up Drain. Constructed from heavy-duty polished chrome brass with reliable Eterna cartridges, it is designed for extreme longevity in university and stadium environments where high usage is constant.
Technician’s Note: The 4-arm handles are preferred in maintenance zones as they provide the best manual leverage even with wet hands. Flex lines significantly reduce installation labor in crowded under-sink cabinets. During setup, ensures the pop-up linkage is calibrated for a full watertight seal. Polished chrome finish is exceptionally durable and resistant to grease. Always flush building supply lines through the flex lines before finalized assembly.
