The Lancer Universal Ice Machine Adapter Kit is a specialized mounting and sealing assembly designed to bridge the gap between third-party ice machine heads and the Lancer dispenser bin. It provides the structural rails to distribute the weight of the ice head and high-density gaskets to provide an airtight thermal seal.
Problem Solved: Ensures an airtight thermal seal at the top of the ice bin to prevent rapid ice melt and moisture leaks into the internal motor compartment. Replaces old or missing adapters that cause bin clumping and sweating".
Symptoms of Failure: External condensation on the bin rim, ice clumping into solid masses in the bin corners, or water leaking from the ceiling of the machine into the service area.
