The Lancer Splash Plate 23" with Lancer Logo for 2323 Drop-In is the primary stainless steel moisture barrier positioned behind the nozzles. It protects the internal mechanical compartment from beverage splash and condensation, providing a non-porous and easy-clean surface for health department compliance.
Problem Solved: Maintains a sanitary serving area and prevents liquid ingress into the internal mechanical compartment which can lead to electrical failure. Replaces plates that are bent, corroded, or pitted by harsh cleaners.
