Operating at 230V and 0.6A, this motor drives the propeller that circulates water across the cold plates and evaporator coils, ensuring uniform chilling and preventing the formation of a solid ice block.
Symptoms of Failure: If the compressor is running but the drinks are warm, check this motor. A failed agitator motor causes the water bath to stagnate, leading to 'bridging'—where ice grows too thick in one spot while leaving the rest of the tank warm. A loud humming without rotation indicates a failed start capacitor or a seized motor bearing.
