The Lancer 24VDC LED Light Bar is a high-output, color-calibrated (6250K) lighting strip designed for the merchandiser panel of 30-inch dispensers. At 7 watts, it provides a crisp 'daylight' glow that makes brand graphics pop, while generating significantly less heat than traditional fluorescent bulbs.
Symptoms of Failure: A flickering merchandiser panel or 'dark spots' on the brand graphic indicate failing LED diodes or a broken circuit within the bar. If the entire bar is dark, the issue is typically either a failed 24VDC driver or syrup corrosion at the harness connection point.
Technician’s Note: This is a 24VDC component; do not attempt to bypass or wire directly to 115V line power. When installing, ensure the bar is oriented so the light points directly at the diffuser for maximum graphic impact.
