Maintenance Tip: If the vacuum breaker begins to weep water constantly, the internal float assembly likely has mineral buildup. Remove the cap and soak the internal parts in a descaling solution. Check the gas cock valves for any play in the handles; they should provide a firm, positive shut-off to ensure laboratory safety.
