It is equipped with a reinforced stainless steel flex hose and a specialized Hook Nozzle, facilitating the rapid and secure filling of oversized floor-mounted kettles and stock pots. Maintenance Pro-Tip: The Hook Nozzle allows staff to anchor the outlet on a kettle edge for hands-free filling. Vacuum breakers are mandatory safety devices; periodically check the atmospheric vent for debris to ensures proper operation. Periodically inspect the flex hose for mechanical wear or kinking.
