The T&S Brass B-2331-08H Kettle Kaddy is a specialized high-performance sanitation tool designed for industrial kitchens and breweries. Built on 8" wall-mount centers, this system features a heavy-duty reinforced hose and the powerful EB-0108-H High-Flow spray valve. It includes an integrated vacuum breaker for absolute backflow safety and a hook nozzle for secure hanging over kettle rims. Constructed from industrial-grade brass, it is engineered for the high-volume water demands and high-cycle industrial service common in large-scale prep rooms.
Technician’s Note: Kettle kaddies are subject to extreme thermal and mechanical stress. The vacuum breaker is a mandatory safety component—ensure the air vent is clear of grease. The high-flow EB-0108-H valve delivers the volume required for rapid kettle filling. During installation, anchor the wall shanks securely into structural backing to handle the torque of the pressurized hose. Polished chrome finish is resistant to grease and high-heat sanitizing cycles.
