Technician's Note: The 'S' system is similar to the American 'D' system but features a longer, thinner probe. To prevent gas leaks, ensure the check valve (duckbill) is correctly installed inside the gas inlet. For the best pour, clean the internal probe and seals every time you swap a keg to remove protein buildup.
