The T&S Brass B-1433-CR-QDS Hose Reel System represents the pinnacle of multi-function industrial sanitation and maintenance efficiency. This 35-foot system features high-durability Ceramas Ceramic Cartridges and is unique for including Two (2) Quick-Disconnect (QD) spray valves. This allows operators to instantly switch between different rinsing intensities or tools without shutting off the main supply. Built for the highest throughput environments like stadium sculleries and large processing plants prioritizing speed and operational flexibility.
Technician’s Note: Dual QD systems provide the maximum possible versatility for a single washdown station. Ceramas ceramic disc cartridges provide a lifetime of leak-free performance even in hard water areas. Regularly inspect the QD sockets for debris that could prevent a secure ball-lock. During installation, anchor the manifold securely into structural backing to handle the torque of the pressurized reel. Polished chrome finish is resistant to grease and high heat.
