Maintenance Tip: Dual QD valves significantly improve operational speed by keeping specific tools ready for use. Periodically check the QD O-rings for wear and lubricate with food-grade grease. During installation, ensures the 8" centerset base is anchored firmly to prevents manifold movement under the torque of the pressurized hose.
